VALE DOUG FARR
It is with much sadness that I inform you of the passing of Doug Farr on Friday evening 8th August 2025.
Doug was very well known by all the Velocette Club members. He has been our Newsletter Editor since 2006. Doug along with his wife Anne gave a lot of time and effort to our club, including folding, stuffing and posting the interim newsletter to members for all those years. Doug has been in declining health for some time but battled on, giving it a good fight.
Doug along with his family members have attended many rallies over the years. He also travelled overseas to the USA and New Zealand to those rallies and to tour.
On behalf of all members of the Velocette Club of Australia we express our sincere condolences to Anne and the family.
Details of the arrangements for Doug will be forwarded when details become available.

MEMBERS MACHINE DATABASE FORM
The club has a Database form page for VOCA members to submit details on their machines, it is one of the menu item at the top of the page. All details will remain private and for club officials use ONLY.
Hopefully one day we can produce a modest booklet or similar so the history etc of our machines is captured and not lost over time.
The committee decided to have it made available on this VOCA website where everyone can fill it out and return it to Dominic Brown so he can create the database – once completed click on the “SUBMIT” button
Of course all details are strictly general in nature and no identification of the location of the machines is being requested other than which state it is located in.
GOOD COMPANIONS RALLY – WHERE IT ALL STARED
