The Queensland Group of VOCA Christmas Party held on Sunday 4^th December 2011 at Peter and Genevieve Jackson’s place in Glenore Grove.
We had a generous cold-cut- with-salads lunch and a great collection of sweets! Diets appeared to be forgotten for the day!
A good turn-out of 30 provided opportunities to catch up and talk about past and upcoming events: a memorable end to the Velocette Year.

Graham Benedict was presented with the ‘Club Champion Trophy’ for 2011 by Craig Mayers the incoming Queensland Chairman of VOCA.
Graham, with the support of his wife Nancy, provided much of the background work for the 2011 National Velocette Rally.
The trophy is a pewter mug originally given to Dave Dettmar by Ivan Rhodes (a trophy won by Ivan riding a Velocette),
in turn it was given by Dave to VOCA Qld as a perpetual trophy.
