On 18th December
1970, the inaugural meeting of the Victorian chapter of the Velocette
Owners Club was held in Melbourne. About five years later the club evolved into an
independent club called, "The Velocette Owners Club of
Australia". Centres have now been formed in most states of Australia.
The English Velocette Owners Club was formed in London in March 1957.
The LE Velo Club was formed in 1950 catering for the twin cylinder
models. There are now Velo clubs throughout the world including,
Netherlands, Japan, France, Canada and North America.
