Download it, fill in correctly and send ASAP with payment, all details are on the entry form itself.
Simply select the accom style you prefer ,
then the meals option then add these 2 costs together,
and then add the costs of any other items such as Bus or rally Polo shirt or Port.
Subtract the $60 if you have paid you EOI fee previously and there you have it!
Please note that if you select the meals option 1, it is ALL meals only, you cannot select just breakfasts or dinners etc etc. You MUST select this opption if you wish to attend the Final Dinner.
As a result of the overwhelming early interest in the rally we have broadened the entry packages to three levels:
1. Meals + Accommodation;
2. Accommodation only, and
3. Entry with no meals or accommodation.
This allows us to accept a larger number of entries but does not remove the limit of 150 people in the dining room of the rally headquarters for meals under package 1.
So, when you fill in your Entry Form, it is important that you read the description of the package options carefully,
decide on the package and style of accommodation that suits your budget, then return the form promptly with
payment. Payment will be by direct debit or cheque ONLY, with the exception of International entrants, who can pay by credit card payment.
The Committee has developed a programme of rides, visits to local attractions (both natural and man-made) and entertainment that befits our return to the quaint and historic Southern Highlands town where it all began 30 years ago.
We look forward to seeing you at the check-in desk inside the Bundanoon Hotel on
Sunday 7th October. Coincidentally this is the day that daylight saving starts in NSW, so don't be late.
